Complete a 2011 Rugby Registration Form (PDF)

Print and sign your completed form (if under 18, parents must sign)

Write a cheque for your registration fees

Bring your form and cheque to any pre-season practice or mail them to:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
All players must be registered (and therefore insured) at least 2 week prior to participating in any rugby activity.
Reminder that all players must sign the additional Code of Conduct Player Document attached to the Rugby Registration Form. Failure to do so will results in players not being eligible to play for Waterloo County RFC.
