The best way to keep up to date with Waterloo County Rugby Club

County Rugby Website and Rugby Canada Registration 2017 - Now Open

9 months ago By Eric Ciezar

Waterloo County Rugby Website Registration and Rugby Canada Registration 2017 along with Fee Payment is also open. Instructions are below.

Hi All

To register with Waterloo County there are two steps involved:

Step 1

Join the Waterloo County Website under the appropriate category (ie player, parent, coach, etc) and we will accept you. This is a very important step so that our administration can communicate with all affiliated members.

Step 2

On our homepage click the link COUNTY REGISTRATION 2017 and fill out the online information, then pay with your credit/debit card and you are good to go. (Costs are shown below.) Rugby Canada will email you a confirmation receipt.

Important Notes

1. All coaches, match officials, managers, medical staff, board members and volunteers will need to register through the Management Registration Tab.

2. Please also note that you can register a family all at once.

3. If you have multiple roles in a club you can register for all of them but only pay the highest membership level fee of the group. The registration website has instructions and discount codes for this.

Club info, coaching contacts, practice times and game days will be updated over time on our website. Please be patient with this as we do get coaching turnover, field changes and must wait for final schedules to be sent to us.

Registration costs can be seen when you register and will be broken down into three levels (Rugby Canada Insurance Fee, Provincial Fee and Club Fee) plus a small user fee. The first two fees cover insurance costs and supplement Rugby Programs across the country. Only the third fee goes to Waterloo County to run our programs. The approximate total of all these fees are below because the online registration has some small varying user fees.

Board Member - $100 (Approximately)
Coach - $100 (Approximately)
Senior Player - $335 (Approximately)
Junior Player - $230 (Approximately)
Minor Player - $ 130 (Approximately)
Visiting Player - $70 (Approximately)
Social Member - $50 (Approximately)
Club Referee - $225 (Approximately)

Looking forward to seeing all of you out for County Rugby this spring.
