Waterloo County Rugby 2023 - Coaches and Referees Needed

Hello County Rugby Enthusiasts

Waterloo County is looking for coaches, assistant coaches, volunteers and club referees for the 2023 season.

We are looking for coaches and parent volunteers to lead or assist with all of our programs all the way from under 6 up to senior men and women.

We are also mandated to certify and train some club referees this season to assist with junior games, family day tournaments etc. We are trying to get enough people to run a clinic in Waterloo by late March, early April.

The club will pay for any certifications or training expenses incurred and will also provide mentor coaches to help you get started. Club players/members who are actively involved with coaching and refereeing will have some of their club fees waived as a small token of appreciation.

Coaching and refereeing at any level is a great experience and a way of giving back to the rugby community.
