1. Go to Rugby Canada Player Registration Link 2026
2. Register as a Board Member, Club Coach, Club Referee, Player or Parent of Player Under 16 and fill in all pertinent information.
3. Pay your fees (RC Fee, RO Fee, SWORU Fee, Club Fee). The first three fees all go to Rugby Canada organizations for insurance and administration. The only part that the club receives is the Club Fee.
4. If you have multiple roles (ex Player, Club Coach) you will have to register for both separately but will not be charged twice for any fees.

STEP 2 - Be Sure to Join our Club Website For Communication as a MEMBER only or MEMBER and PARENT only.

1. If you are already on our club website as a MEMBER or MEMBER and PARENT do nothing.
2.If you are newly registering please go to www.waterloocountyrugby.com and click JOIN
3. You may only start by applying as a MEMBER or MEMBER and PARENT first.
4. If you are newly registering as a CLUB MEMBER and PARENT you MUST include your kids and their birthdates as they will be linked to you.[/b]
5. VERY IMPORTANT - You will receive an email from us. Click on CONFIRM EMAIL ADDRESS. Many people register on a phone and forget to do this part so they don't receive team info.
6. Players will be MEMBERS only until they do PART 1 and PART 2 above. Once we are notified that you are registered and insured with Rugby Canada we will
upgrade you to PLAYER status on a team or you can then request it. If you try to apply to be on a Team before doing PART 1 and PART 2 you will be declined.

You will know that you are fully registered when your name appears on your team on the website. All info for practices and games is located under each team. Junior and minor games are not available yet but will be posted once we receive them.
